OUR HISTORY
Marius de Villiers, founder of De Villiers Attorneys, established the firm in 1993. Prior to this, Marius was a partner at Fleischaks Attorneys in Potchefstroom, the oldest and well renowned law practice, in the Transvaal Province. De Villiers Attorneys started out practising general law, as typical of small town law firms, but later developed into a firm of speciality services. Although De Villiers Attorneys' main offices are located in Potchefstroom (North-West), we have extended offices in Johannesburg (Gauteng) and we are also actively operating in Stellenbosch (Western Cape).
